모든 제품은 SAA(Screen Art Agency)와의 협업을 통해 하나씩 핸드 스크린 프린트 방식으로 제작 되었습니다. 프린트 과정에서 발생하는 잉크의 농도 표현의 밀도표면 질감의 미세한 차이는 수작업 공정이 남기는 고유한 흔적으로 모든 제품을 단 하나뿐인 작품으로 완성합니다. 고밀도로 제직된 타프타 실크는 구조적인 형태감과 바삭거리는 촉감을 지니며 세탁 후 부드러워지며 시간과 사용을 거듭할수록 고유의 주름을 형성하며 자연스럽게 변화합니다.

All pieces are individually hand screen-printed in collaboration with SAA (Screen Art Agency). Subtle variations in ink concentration print density and surface texture naturally occur throughout the printing process. These unique traces of craftsmanship make each piece one of a kind. The densely woven silk taffeta has a structured form and a crisp hand feel. It gradually softens after washing and continues to evolve with wear developing its own distinctive creases and texture over time.

JADEN CHO의 모든 제품은 핸드메이드 방식으로 제작됩니다. 공정 과정에서 발생하는 차이들은 불량이 아니며, 이러한 사유로 교환 및 반품이 되지 않으니 구매 전 확인 부탁드립니다. 또한 실크는 누에고치에서 온 자연 섬유로, 원단 특성상 부분적으로 네프(올 튐) 현상이 있을 수 있습니다. 섬유 특성상 자연적으로 일어날 수 있는 현상으로 원단의 하자가 아닙니다.
교환 및 반품을 원하시는 경우, 제품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 [stores@jaden-cho.com]으로 교환 및 반품 신청해주시면 됩니다. 제품 수령시 동일한 상태로 제품의 택이 제거되거나 손상되지 않은 경우에만 교환 또는 반품이 가능하며, 왕복 배송 비용이 청구되는 부분 숙지 부탁드립니다.

All products in JADEN CHO are carefully handcrafted on the premises. Differences occurring during the making process are not defects, and for this reason, they cannot be requested for exchange or return. Also, neps on silk fabric are natural phenomenon, not a defect on the fabric. Therefore, this could not be accepted as a reason for exchange or return.
For exchange or return, please request through [stores@jaden-cho.com] in 7 days from the delivery of your package. Exchange or returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels attached to each product. Please be aware that round-trip shipping costs are charged for exchange or return.
If exchange or return has to be proceeded due to a defect, please request through [stores@jaden-cho.com] in 48 hours from the delivery of your package. Exchange or return consultation is only possible with a picture at the time of opening for exchange or return consultation.
Made to Order cannot be exchanged or returned, as it is produced at the same time as the order is confirmed.
